Terms of Service

These terms apply to anyone who engages Web Wealth Management Pty Ltd to provide credit assistance. By engaging us, you agree to these terms in addition to any specific credit quote or credit proposal we issue.

We assess your needs and objectives, identify suitable credit products, and assist you with applying for them. We act under Australian Credit Licence 389087 and as a Credit Representative of AFG.

We comply with responsible lending obligations under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth). We will only recommend products that are not unsuitable for your circumstances.

In most cases, we do not charge a fee for our services. We are paid commission by the lender when your loan settles. All remuneration will be disclosed in your Credit Quote and Credit Proposal.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information. You acknowledge that lenders rely on the information we submit.

We are not liable for lender decisions, changes to interest rates, or economic events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the remuneration received from your loan transaction.
