We want to hear from you

If something has not gone the way you expected, please tell us. Complaints are how we get better, and most issues can be resolved quickly.

Step 1 - Talk to us

Call us directly on 0473 113 128 or email admin@webwealth.net.au. We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.

Step 2 - Formal internal process

If we cannot resolve it informally, we have a formal internal dispute resolution process. We will provide a written response within 30 days.

Step 3 - AFCA

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can refer the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). Their service is free to consumers.
